It's true! lol I may have not looked SO Riza Hawkeye that night but I still kept my sexy combat boots on... and I slow-danced with 'em on too! Hahahahaha! That just adds another reason why I am so awesome. LOL JKJKJKJKJK juuuuuuuuuust kidding.

When I went to Prom my senior year, I had a short black skirt, nylons, and knee-high leather boots that had three-inch heels. And a hat. A really awesome hat. Of course, I gave up with those boots about 20 minutes into it and asked my parents to bring my sneakers over, but that's besides the point.
But no combat boots, per se. Too bad.
Knee high leather boots? Lol funny. I was never really into boots, but on the topic of clothes at the wrong time, I went to my annual violin concert in some pants and a shirt, and everyone was seriously dressed up in pretty lil' dresses that they probably planned out months ahead (they were grandma dresses if you ask me) and I was the only one who hasn't dressed formally... but I was still the damn coolest person there!!!! jks jks jks! (Actually... maybe it is true...lol).
Did I mention the theme for my prom was 007?
And yeah, I tend to stay on the casual side of things. What can I say? I grew up in a hippie ski town.
I feel so sad now... no cute anecdotes on my end.

That would be soo cool to do any of that but my 1st dance was at B.C northern winter games a few day s ago and my friend made me go cause she would be all alone worst part of all a security person made me slow dance with a guy from school who took my bus back and we were bouth soo freaked out that 1ce she left the chiken dance came on so we just did the chiken dance together lol pretty cool but scarry oh well we still laugh bout it

in todays age, who hasn't had there first slow in combats. now the reall question is were they REAL combats? many ppl say they danced in real ones only to later be ridicouled because they had been wearin the ziper on the side ones. OMG those are so poser, why cant ppl just go to friggin second hand shop or antice shop and vintage ones?
